Shipping policy
At Busy Bod, we believe getting your skincare should feel as effortless as using it. We process and ship every order with care, and we want you to know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All Busy Bod orders are fulfilled directly from our production partner and shipped to your door. Once you place an order, our team begins preparing it for shipment right away.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total.

3. How to Calculate Your Delivery Date
Your total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time.
Example: You order on a Monday before noon. Processing takes 1–2 business days, and standard shipping takes 2–5 business days — so you can expect your order to arrive within 3–7 business days from the day you place it.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time through the carrier's website (USPS or UPS).
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
5. Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, some circumstances are outside our control. Delivery times may be affected by:
• High-volume periods (major holidays, sales events)
• Carrier delays or weather-related disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
• US Customs processing for orders shipping to US territories
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at support@busybodbeauty.com and we will investigate promptly.
6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Busy Bod is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. We are unable to issue a refund for packages returned due to an address error or failure to claim.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in ensuring your order arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
• Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
• Email support@busybodbeauty.com with your order number
• Attach photos of the damaged item and packaging (for damage claims)
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including replacement or refund where applicable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
