Refund policy

At Busy Bod, we are committed to creating skincare that supports your skin’s balance, comfort, and long-term health. If your purchase is not the right fit, we’re here to help.

1. Standard Returns

Eligibility

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

2. Bundles & Sets

  • Individual items within a bundle cannot be returned separately.
  • Bundles must be returned in full.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products purchased through unauthorized retailers
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or final sale items
  • Products showing excessive or intentional misuse

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Busy Bod is not responsible for lost return shipments.
